The big news out of the league this week was the big three-team trade that occurred mid-week involving Cory, Eric and Saswat. Cory sent Andrew Luck and Reggie Bush to Eric and Jordan Cameron to Saswat. Eric sent Aaron Rodgers and Steve Smith to Cory and Jacoby Jones to Saswat. Saswat sent Demaryius Thomas to Cory and Tavon Austin to Eric.
Andrew O. led the league in scoring with 136.6 points. Danny H. won the game of the week. Evan A. maintained his unbeaten status despite scoring the second fewest points in the league in Week 6 (talk about better to be lucky than good).
This week’s winners averaged 101.7 points, down about five points from last week. The losing teams averaged 77.5 points, down three points from Week 5.
Check out the review of week 6 below (team names have been changed to the names of their owners):
Game of the Week: Cory Puffett at Danny Hatcher
In the only Week 6 matchup featuring teams with winning records, Danny used a 29-point performance from Jamaal Charles to make up for an average performance from the rest of his lineup. Terrible outings from Jimmy Graham and the Saints’ defense made it an easy 95.6-79.2 win over Cory.
