The Sportsballers Podcast

Hello and welcome to The Sportsballers Podcast!

Our names are Evan Ash, Eric Meyer, and Cory Puffett. We each have several years of podcasting experience. Evan hosted the Ash Backwards podcast independently for a few years while Eric and Cory hosted The All-Sports Crew and Football Freaks on WMUC Sports while studying at the University of Maryland before producing their podcasts independently.

In 2018, after much discussion and procrastination, the three finally pulled the trigger and created MAPSN (Meyer Ash Puffett Sports Network) and the most powerful trio in the independent sports talk podcasting space. Their primary content is in the form of audio podcasts, currently limited to their flagship show, The Sportsballers Podcast, but they occasionally write articles for their website and have done a live video podcast during the first round of the NFL Draft each spring since 2020.

All three hosts are graduated of DeMatha Catholic High School in Hyattsville, Md. They graduated in 2008, 2009, and 2010, respectively (as ordered above).
