Evan A. officially clinched the AFC West with a win last week. The AFC title game is already set, as Evan will face Danny H., who clinched the AFC East last week. Both are 9-1.
In the NFC, Anthony B. holds a one-game lead in the NFC West and are a respectable 6-4. The NFC East, though, is a three-way tie. Eric M. holds the most important tiebreaker, head-to-head record, but will face both Brandon S. and Mike W. in the final two weeks of the season. Brandon and Mike have the same in-division record, but Brandon leads on the in-conference record tiebreaker.
Danny H. won the Game of the Week with a 103.0-87.3 victory over Eric M.
Sean K. scored 106.7 points, which led the league in a week where there were no high scorers but also smaller gaps in most games.
The week’s winners averaged 100.8 points, down fifteen from last week and the lowest mark of the season. The losing teams averaged 80.9 points, down 11 from Week 9.
Check out the review of Week 10 below (team names have been changed to the names of their owners):
Game of the Week: Eric Meyer at Danny Hatcher
Danny was the only home team to win this week, and did so mostly on the strength of Pierre Thomas, the league’s leading running back in Week 10. Thomas was complimented by solid performances by Andre Johnson, Antonio Brown and the Giants’ defense in their 16-point victory over Eric.
